DOS — G was established in 2010 in Panama by Ginnette Gotti and Ivan Grippaldi. The studio is active in architecture, interior design, and industrial design. The diverse professional training and cultural backgrounds of the two co-founding architects find balance in each project. Through a process of "contamination"—whether cultural, formal, or stylistic—each project is enriched with added value.

Our practice is a space for understanding architecture as an articulating, critical, collaborative, inclusive, and transversal discipline that engages with the social sphere to be experienced by people.

People, contexts, and scales shape our projects, aiming to evoke sensations, provoke thought, communicate, and inspire reflection.

We design and develop projects across a range of scales—from objects to housing units to urban environments—allowing us to approach each one with greater sensitivity and empathy.

PHILOSOPHY

Each project is a challenge, an opportunity, and an adventure. A challenge to find a proposal that meets both the client’s expectations and our own. An opportunity to improve the quality of life for the client, the community, or even the city, depending on the project’s scale. And an adventure—because it is always an unpredictable process, with risks, but also excitement. For us, designing is just that.

We are currently working on urban planning, architecture and interiors, product design, academic, and social projects.

The studio has received awards in international competitions, has been featured in several local and international publications, and has participated in international exhibitions.
