Corte - cut, for the precise gestures that carve open the volumes to let the light in.
Corte - courtyard, also, as the central patio that organizes daily life —a void that is not absence but the heart from which everything breathes and takes form.
The formal starting point was to acknowledge the maximum volumetry allowed by zoning and, from there, trace a grid that orders the open and the closed, the solid and the void.
From this gesture, three courtyards were born —front, central, and rear— each with its own character.
They are the ones responsible for brightness, for air, for the ever-changing play of light that rests upon the walls and accompanies the rhythm of the day.
The house rises across four levels.
The ground floor unfolds as a fabric of common spaces, crossed by the sequence of courtyards and by the verticality of triple heights, where bridges and paths intertwine.
The first level gathers the support areas: the family room, the office, the services that sustain daily life.
The second level brings together the family bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and closet.
The rooftop opens as the social space: an infinity pool facing the sea, a dining area, and an outdoor living room under the open sky.
Here, architecture becomes the bond between life, landscape, and contemplation.

Corte, por los gestos precisos que abren los volúmenes para dejar pasar la luz.
Corte, también, como ese patio central que organiza la vida cotidiana, un vacío que no es ausencia sino el corazón desde el cual todo respira y se articula.
El punto de partida formal fue reconocer la volumetría máxima permitida por la zonificación y, a partir de ella, trazar una retícula que ordena lo abierto y lo cerrado, lo lleno y lo vacío.
De ese gesto nacieron tres patios —frontal, central y posterior—, cada uno con un carácter distinto.
Ellos son los responsables de la luminosidad, del aire y de la experiencia cambiante de la luz que se posa sobre los muros y acompaña el ritmo del día.
La casa se eleva en cuatro niveles.
La planta baja se abre como un tejido de espacios comunes, atravesados por la secuencia de patios y por la verticalidad de las triples alturas, donde puentes y recorridos se cruzan
El primer nivel recoge los espacios de apoyo: la sala familiar, la oficina, los servicios que sostienen la vida.
El segundo nivel reúne las recámaras familiares, cada una con su baño y armario.
El rooftop se abre como espacio social: la piscina infinita hacia el mar, el comedor y la sala exterior bajo el cielo abierto.
La arquitectura conecta vida, paisaje y contemplación.

Corte, per i gesti precisi che aprono i volumi per lasciare entrare la luce.
Corte, anche come quel patio centrale che organizza la vita quotidiana, un vuoto che non è assenza ma il cuore da cui tutto respira e si articola.
Il punto di partenza formale è stato riconoscere la volumetria massima consentita dalla zonizzazione e, a partire da essa, tracciare una griglia che ordina l’aperto e il chiuso, il pieno e il vuoto.
Da questo gesto sono nati tre cortili —frontale, centrale e posteriore—, ciascuno con un carattere distinto.
Sono loro i responsabili della luminosità, dell’aria e dell’esperienza mutevole della luce che si posa sui muri e accompagna il ritmo del giorno.
La casa si eleva su quattro livelli.
Il piano terra si apre come un tessuto di spazi comuni, attraversati dalla sequenza dei cortili e dalla verticalità delle triple altezze, dove ponti e percorsi si intrecciano.
Il primo livello raccoglie gli spazi di supporto: la sala familiare, lo studio, i servizi che sostengono la vita quotidiana.
Il secondo livello riunisce le camere familiari, ciascuna con il proprio bagno e armadio.
Il rooftop si apre come spazio sociale: la piscina a sfioro verso il mare, la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno esterno sotto il cielo aperto.
L’architettura connette vita, paesaggio e contemplazione.
